Xtreme Drilling LLC. offers up to 25 heliportable drilling units, compressors, support baskets and related vehicles and equipment. Specialized hydraulic drills are diesel powered and are designed to perform in any geological formation. They are capable of depths up to 100 feet with a maximum hole diameter of 3 7/8 inches. Our drills are designed for the Lama Aerospatiale SA 315B helicopter aircraft and can be utilized up to 11,000 feet above sea level. The Lama is the proven workhorse of the industry since the early 1970's, and is the helicopter of choice for Xtreme Drilling. This equipment has been specifically engineered to accommodate very step terrain and heavily treed areas with low impact to the environment and the safety of personnel on the ground.

Xtreme drilling LLC. Is a geophysical “shothole” company, specializing in the exploration of oil and gas using advanced low impact heliportable drilling methods and technologies on adverse mountainous terrain or inaccessible and sensitive areas for the seismic industry.
Xtreme Drilling is considered as the “industry leader” in heliportable drilling operations when logistically challenging projects on private,state and federal lands require the utmost care in environmental awareness, safety and professional conduct.
Many areas currently being explored are located in the mountains and foothills, ecologically sensitive areas, national forests and BLM lands, marshes, badlands and grasslands where low impact exploration is necessary.
Xtreme utilizes helicopters to deploy lightweight, high-tech drilling equipment and personnel on these highly visable projects with virtually “zero” impact to the environment and surroundings.
